Meritage Restaurant enjoys being a contributing part of the Scarsdale and greater Westchester community. We are happy to offer programs that expand on the ways in which we serve our local community right here at the restaurant.

Join Susie Sands and Jamie Steinthal in a unique experience of Sound Healing and Reiki. The two modalities together will help ease your mind, body and spirit into a harmonious balance. This experience will immerse you in the sounds and vibrations of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls that have the power to cleanse and heal at a cellular level, while guiding you into a deep state of conscious relaxation. 

Sound heals us at a cellular level, helping to balance our emotional and physical body. Each note resonates with a different part of the body, bringing balance and harmony throughout, and providing you a space to reset and recharge.

During a sound healing session you may experience sensations of vibrations, tingling, a sense of joy or harmony, connectedness, deep relaxation, deep relief and a sense of calm.

Community Conversation, May 19, 2021

This May, we’re kicking off a series of virtual wellness workshops. Part of this series will be in partnership with the Mental Health Association of Westchester. The first event with @mhawestchester is on Wednesday, May 19th at 6:30PM.

The conversation will be an overview of the 8 dimensions of wellness and how to incorporate these into your own personal self-care routine for optimal mental health.
